We’ve collaborated with a forward-thinking owner and pharmacist who is dedicated to bringing her neighborhood drug store to a place where people come for reasons other than just getting their medicines. Neighborhood pharmacies are not only a place for prescription renewal, they are a center for wellness. By designing a more comfortable environment, it helps visitors feel good about being there- which, by its very nature, makes them to want to come back again. Deepening the personalized healing focus, a consultation office has been added for individualized client appointments with the pharmacists. The compounding lab offers technicians the ability to create specified prescriptions in a highly secure and sanitary environment. A spacious retail floor offers many options for patrons alongside of their prescription needs. Natural elements in the material selections bring an inviting atmosphere as well as copious, large-scale windows which elevate a positive interior working environment. Wasatch Pharmacy’s contemporary exterior features rhythmic windows and clean metal finishes, designed to heighten the impact of this corner location. Adventurous colors draw attention to the intentional landscape design and corner glass brings the outdoors in for a sophisticated feel.
